This neoplateresque building of the first third of the twentieth century has a riveted steel structure and a space conception ahead of its time, far from the characteristic classicism of that period.
The original spaces are restored by adapting them to the new building requirements. This restoration preserves the architectural features and minimizes the effect of new elements like the glazed roof courtyard integrating it into the original compositional lines. The old trading room, restored with a new glazed roof, becomes the new plenary hall. The corridors on the upper floors become public spaces where exhibitions can take place.
