This residential building, erected in the first third of the 20th century was completely transformed into a office building. Facades, window frames as well as the main staircase and the original lift car were restored.
A glass vault was designed to cover the courtyard, converted to lobby, as well as its cleaning and maintenance gadget.
Two parking floors were fitted under the wall structure of the original brick factory. For years, it has been the headquarters of one of the main international lawyer firms in Madrid.
