A new development of 1,500 dwellings is planned in the southwest of the city, dominated by isolated blocks built without any order. The new blocks, formed by continuous buildings, are grouped to organize public and private areas. In order to optimize the sun exposure in the built volumes and the protection of pedestrian areas a central area with radial and circular elements is designed.
Gardens were arranged with low maintenance and irrigation species that take advantage of the rain water filtered in the ground.
