The symmetric composition of this single family dwelling emphasizes the centrality of the front steps and windows that illuminate the stairs at all levels. The circular marble and wrought-iron staircase is the architectural element that structures the house organization.
The lobby, designed as a common space, visually links the different levels and the gardens. Every room has access to the surrounding terraces with overlapped horizontal ribs as an outer finish, evoking the architrave of the Roman temple of Mars in Augustus´ Forum, in Rome.
