Based on a bioclimatic balanced performance, the different houses are arranged in the four directions over an arcade where the gardens, pool, play areas and entrances are located. Terraces and covered areas are created by the volumes recesses and projections.
The upper floors overlap generate private and public spaces which connect the interior open courtyards with the exterior facades.
