This housing complex is designed bearing in mind bioclimatic performance and use of renewable energies. The swimming pool and leisure areas are located on the top of the buildings with shadow structures that support photovoltaic panels and regulate solar radiation.
A gym and a game room are placed on the public areas of the ground floor while private gardens are attached to the ground floor houses. For the facades design, concrete panels are combined with vertical holes and glazed parapets.
